Luis Belmonte is principal of Seven Hills Properties in
San Francisco, a real estae firm that develops neighborhood
retail and multi-family residential properties. He previously
worked AMB Property Corporation as executive vice president,
AMB Institutional Realty Advisors Inc. as principal, Lincoln
Property Company, and D. H. Overmyer Company.
